We're sorry to hear that you're returning a product, but we understand that this may happen from time to time. If you've purchased any goods from our website, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened and in resalable condition. It must also be in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
All returns must reach Bullion Rum within 30 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for either a refund or a credit note. Refunds will be processed if the return request is made within 14 days of the delivery date. If the return request is made after 14 days of the delivery date, a credit note will be issued. We don't accept exchanges for returns.
To coordinate your return, please contact us with your name, order number, and proof of purchase. You must also obtain proof of postage for your return as Bullion Rum isn't responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Items damaged due to insufficient returns packaging won't be refunded. You'll be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
For faulty or damaged goods, we'll replace the item if it's defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email within 24 hours of receipt of delivery, including a photograph of the damaged or faulty item.
